China Coal Jiangnan Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Coal Geology Bureau of China National Administration of Coal Geology) is affiliated with China National Administration of Coal Geology. Established in 1962, in the 1980s, with the completion of planned exploration tasks for coal resources in Guangdong and the acceleration of national reform and opening-up, to adapt to the requirements of market economy development, Guangdong Coal Geology Bureau adjusted its industrial structure, transformed its operating mechanism, and carried out diversified operations. In 1986, Guangzhou China Coal Jiangnan Foundation Engineering Company was registered and established, becoming one of the first batch of first-grade professional construction enterprises for foundation and foundation engineering designated by the Ministry of Construction. In May 2018, in response to the national Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development strategy, it was renamed China Coal Jiangnan Construction Development Co., Ltd. In August 2020, it was upgraded to China Coal Jiangnan Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., implementing a management system of large enterprises and small institutions.
