Hunan Fangheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fangheng New Material") was founded in 2013. It is a high-tech enterprise and a national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and technical services. The company is deeply engaged in the field of high-performance layered metal composite materials and possesses internationally advanced independent innovation intellectual property rights. It is committed to creating diversified metal material composite products and technical solutions for key fields such as nuclear energy engineering, new energy, petrochemicals, non-ferrous metal smelting, marine engineering, cryogenic engineering, electronic packaging, thermal management, and rail transit. Fangheng New Material is strategically invested by the Changsha High-tech Zone Management Committee and Sany Group, with a registered capital of 43 million yuan. Headquartered in Changsha, Hunan, it has four subsidiaries and two major production bases. It has passed ISO quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system certifications as well as multiple authoritative certifications such as classification society certification. With technological innovation as its core development driver, Fangheng New Material's technology has reached internationally advanced levels. It has successively won the Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions (Special Commendation from the Jury), three First Prizes of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, one First Prize of the China Science and Technology Industrialization Science and Technology Innovation Award, and seven types of products won the Outstanding Product Award at the China International High-Tech Fair. It has cumulatively applied for more than 70 patents related to composite technology, of which 33 have been granted. Fangheng New Material has established expert and doctoral workstations, provincial and municipal enterprise technology centers, an explosive processing technology center, and a layered metal composite technology testing center. It has established deep cooperation with many renowned universities and research institutions such as Central South University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Tsinghua University, Northeastern University, University of South China, and East China University of Science and Technology, building a comprehensive industry-university-research integrated innovation system. It has gathered more than 20 specially appointed and full-time experts and more than 20 employees with senior professional titles or above.
