The company is headquartered in Beijing and has three R&D centers in Hangzhou, Beijing, and Wuhan, with Hangzhou serving as the core base for national technology research and product development. In 2016, Guangtong Youyun took the lead in advocating the concept of 'dual-state operations' within the industry and launched a new generation of operations brand, Youyun, innovatively proposing and implementing the two concepts of 'operations PaaS support platform' and 'software-defined operations' for the enterprise-level operations market.
