Tiesiyuan Guangzhou Institute

Guangdong Provincial Railway Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., formerly known as 'China Railway Siyuan Group Guangzhou Design Institute Co., Ltd.', was founded in 1952. It is jointly established by Guangdong Provincial Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Railway Investment Group') and China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Tiesiyuan').

The institute holds multiple qualification certificates, including Grade A for railway industry, Grade A for construction engineering, Grade A for geotechnical engineering in engineering survey specialty, as well as municipal and surveying qualifications; Grade A supervision qualifications for railway engineering and building construction, and Grade A engineering consulting qualification certificates for railway, construction, municipal public works, and geotechnical engineering. It has also obtained certification for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems.

As a key player in railway design in South China, it has participated in the completion of numerous intercity railway projects such as Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity, Foshan-Zhaoqing Intercity, Suishen-Guan-Shen Intercity, and Guangzhou-Foshan Loop Intercity, as well as large and medium-sized railway projects including the Yuhuai Line, Shanghai-Kunming Line, Hainan West Ring Line, Guangzhou-Xintang Suburban Line, Guangzhou Freight Outer Loop Line, and Jiehui Railway. As a national high-tech enterprise, Guangdong Railway Design actively conducts scientific research and has won more than 30 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, excellent engineering survey and design awards, and excellent engineering consulting awards, and owns over 30 valid technical patents.
