PICC Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PICC Technology") is the first technology company approved for establishment after the issuance of the new regulations of the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Insurance Group Companies" by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (formerly the "China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission").
