浅金嘉年华大酒店是由清华建筑设计院倾力设计的以住宿、餐饮为主要功能，集会议、康乐于一体的高端综合性五星级酒店。位于石家庄市中山西路18号酒店总占地面积13.7亩，总建筑面积85600㎡，共26层，由主楼、裙楼、配楼三部分组成。酒店本次重装改造主要包括机电设备升级改造、楼体外立面亮化工程、客房区重装改造、多功能区重装改造及配套功能的完善。酒店配备地上和地下两个大型停车场，设有停车位200余个，地上车场将大规模增加绿化面积和水系设施，负一层车场总面积5000㎡，整体装修改造。酒店1层大堂800㎡，酒店3层为建筑面积5600㎡的全日制餐厅，6层多功能区改造面积3000㎡，包含800㎡中空无柱宴会区，作为酒店会议、餐饮配套使用。7-26层为客房区，设有标准间、商务套间、总统套房等共计327间客房。酒店裙楼部分1层、2层、4层、5层作为酒店配套功能区。
