Guangzhou Banghe Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MCM) is a globally outstanding battery product testing and certification solution institution, focusing on providing certification and testing services for various regions around the world. It is an independent third-party organization established in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 & 17020 quality management system, and has obtained accreditation qualifications such as CNAS, CMA, CBTL, and CTIA.
As a third-party testing institution deeply and vertically focused on battery products, MCM, together with global partners such as TUV RH, Quacert, ITS, the Second Research Institute of CAAC, Tianjin 18th Research Institute, CQC, and the South China Branch of the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Composite Modified Polymer Materials, has built a reliable, safe, and convenient mobile certification and testing consortium for battery products in areas including power batteries, mobile communication and digital batteries, as well as dangerous goods air transport in Brazil, Vietnam, India, Europe, North America, Chinese Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, and Malaysia. This helps more than one-fifth of the world's battery products flow and sell smoothly across the globe.

Development History
2003
The beginning of a battery testing field began to take shape.
2004
Began to contact UL North American engineers for witnessed testing of UL 1642 and UL 2054 standards.
2006
Became a technical expert group member of CAAC regarding UN38.3 standard testing.
2007
Officially registered and established "Guangzhou Banghe Testing Technology Co., Ltd." in mainland China, abbreviated as MCM, positioned as a global professional laboratory focused on battery product testing services.
2008
Became a branch of Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute Testing Center.
2009
One of the first Chinese laboratories to provide customers with Korea KC certification, and became a partner of KTL and KTR, as well as a cooperative laboratory of KTC.
2010
Began to provide customers with complete PSE testing and certification for lithium batteries.
2011
Became the first battery witnessed laboratory of TUV RH in China, and together with the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Composite Modified Polymer Materials, became a global CB certification testing institution. Established a "joint laboratory" in Guangzhou and Guiyang.
2012
Became the only witnessed laboratory in China authorized by MET (US) for battery UL 1642 and UL 2054, providing more competitive North American certification and testing services.
2013
Became the "Lithium Battery Air Transport Appraisal Institution" of China International Cargo Air Transport Management Co., Ltd.
2014
Became a CBTL (CB TESTING LABORATORY) recognized by the IECEE-CB system, became the first laboratory to cooperate with Taiwan's BSMI recognized institution, co-founded the "Battery Certification and Testing Branch" with the China Chemical and Physical Power Sources Industry Association, began to provide WERCSmart registration services, and established the Bangli Business School.
2015
Cooperated with HPL, a laboratory with the most stable qualifications in India, became the world's safest, most guaranteed, and fastest BIS registered laboratory, and successfully obtained the world's first Indian lithium battery registration (CRS registration) certificate. Launched strategic cooperation with ITS, and became the only non-state-owned laboratory accredited by CESI.
2016
Passed ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation, launched comprehensive cooperation with CQC to become a contracted laboratory, began to provide Vietnam MIC certification for customers, cooperated with the Dangerous Goods Appraisal Center of the Second Research Institute of CAAC and became its accredited laboratory, and carried out power battery testing cooperation with Tianjin 18th Research Institute.
2017
Became a CTIA accredited laboratory, cooperated with the Vietnamese government to develop and establish a Vietnam battery testing laboratory, and became the designated battery testing cooperation institution in mainland China and Vietnam.
2018
After the new regulations in July 2018, successfully obtained the world's first Vietnam DoC certificate.
Reached an agreement with Malaysia's SIRIM QAS factory inspection agency to provide factory inspection services to customers with priority.
In 2019, obtained the qualification as a commissioned testing laboratory for CQC mobile power supply certification.
In 2020, passed the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system certification.
In 2021, became a contracted laboratory of Beijing Jianheng Certification Center.

By metro and bus: Exit A of Shiguang Road Station on Line 22, walk 80 meters to Shiguang Road Bus Stop, take bus 301 or Panyu 91, Panyu 99, Panyu 13, etc., ride one stop to Minjie Group Bus Stop, walk 610 meters to Huajia Linghang Industrial Park. After entering the park gate, go straight for about 100 meters (do not turn right). Take the stairs or elevator on the right side to the second floor.
