中石油吉林化工工程有限公司前身为原化学工业部第九设计院，始建于1958年，是新中国成立*早的*化工勘察设计单位之一，现隶属中国石油寰球工程有限公司。经过六十五年的发展，公司已成为以石油化工、新材料新能源等领域，集技术转让、工程咨询、工程设计、工程总承包于一体的大型工程公司。
