Chongqing Gangjiu Liangjiang Logistics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Gangjiu Co., Ltd., located in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, China's inland * *** development and opening-up new area, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. The company is a third-party logistics enterprise integrating metal materials trading, warehousing and transshipment, shearing and processing, logistics distribution, logistics trade, market management and bulk production materials trading and other comprehensive logistics services. Due to business development needs, the company now plans to publicly recruit 1 deputy general manager from society.
I. Main Job Responsibilities
1. Implement the company's various rules and regulations, and complete various business objectives and work tasks;
2. According to the company's development strategy, be responsible for organizing the construction of the bulk commodity supply chain trading platform information system, integrating relevant resources, and organizing the development, promotion, and operation of the trading platform information system;
3. In response to market development, integrate internal and external resources of the company, build a bulk commodity futures and spot network trading system and platform, and carry out related bulk commodity customer marketing and development work;
4. Vigorously expand the market, carry out the research and development, promotion, and operation management of related supply chain financial products, strictly control risks, and safely and orderly develop bulk commodity supply chain financial business.
II. Recruitment Conditions
(I) Basic Conditions
1. Age: 40 years old and below;
2. Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to those from "211" and "985" universities and those with a master's degree;
3. Possess good political quality and professional ethics, excellent moral character, be able to conscientiously fulfill political, economic, and social responsibilities, and have a good employment and credit record.
4. Possess good psychological quality and physical quality capable of normally performing duties.
(II) Professional Requirements
1. Have 5 years or more of work experience in large and medium-sized logistics enterprises, have team management experience, and those who have served in middle and senior management are preferred;
2. Familiar with relevant national economic and financial policies and regulations, understand the national logistics industry development strategy, support policies, industrial environment, etc., and be familiar with and understand the current situation, development changes, competitive landscape, etc. of steel and other bulk commodity trade and logistics in the city and surrounding areas;
3. Familiar with modern logistics warehousing, bulk material trade, logistics finance, bulk commodity futures and spot operations, capable of skillfully managing specific work such as commercial logistics supply chain management, multimodal transport, network information platform construction, etc., and those with relevant qualifications and resources are preferred.
III. Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the compensation system for leaders of enterprises affiliated with Chongqing Gangjiu Co., Ltd., an annual salary system combining basic salary and performance salary is implemented.
