Jiangxi Hehui Power Distribution and Sale Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Hehui Company") is a mixed-ownership power distribution and sale company established in August 2016 in accordance with the spirit of Document No. 9 of the Central Committee [2015] and relevant national documents on power system reform. With a registered capital of 250 million yuan, it is located within the Jiangxi Provincial Architectural Ceramics Industrial Base. The company is mainly engaged in emerging businesses such as power purchase and sale, distribution network construction, energy-saving services, contract energy management, new energy project development, and energy internet technology. It currently has more than 60 management and operation & maintenance technicians including power-related professional engineers, technicians, and economists. The management team all have experience in power management at large state-owned power central enterprises and state-owned enterprises.

Hehui Company has successively obtained the Power Business License (Power Supply Category) and the Level 4 qualification for installation (repair, testing), becoming the first mixed-ownership power distribution and sale company in Jiangxi Province with the right to operate a distribution network. It has been listed by the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission as one of the first batch of pilot units for power sale-side reform in the province, and has been included by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration in the 105 pilot projects nationwide that introduce social capital investment in incremental power distribution business. As defined by the Jiangxi Provincial Energy Bureau, the company's power supply business scope is "within the regional scope of the Jiangxi Architectural Ceramics Industrial Base." The Jiangxi Architectural Ceramics Industrial Base is a provincial-level architectural ceramics industrial base approved for construction by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Industry and Information Technology Commission in 2007. In July 2008, the base was awarded the title of China Architectural Ceramics Industrial Base by the National Building Materials Federation, becoming the largest architectural ceramics industrial base in the country, and was successfully selected as a national new industrialization industry demonstration base. At the same time, the base is also the second batch of circular economy pilot parks in Jiangxi Province and has been listed as one of the top 20 demonstration industrial clusters in the province. The overall planned area of the park is 45.72 square kilometers, with a developed area of 20 square kilometers. A total of 119 enterprises have settled in the park, and the annual estimated electricity fee collection amount is approximately 1.2 billion yuan. The company owns one 110kV substation within the ceramics base (two new substations have been approved) and assets of more than 200 kilometers of 10KV distribution network lines within the base.

Since its establishment in 2016, it has cumulatively handled 11 billion kWh of electricity on behalf of clients, serving nearly 1,000 enterprises in national-level and provincial-level industrial parks, with a cumulative total of 188 million yuan in benefits provided to enterprises. In 2020, the company actively contributed funds and efforts to fight the epidemic (donating 100,000 yuan to the local Red Cross) and ensured stable power operation in the park.
