2012年7月，长沙市天心区在全省率先采取政府购买消防服务的方式开启了消防安全大宣传大培训工作，培训主要委托湖南省人人居安防火教育具体实施。以政府出资主导、服务基层群众的服务型消防宣传教育模式为出发点，以深化“政府领导、中介实施、消防监管、基层配合”的消防宣传教育工作机制为抓手，以消防常识宣传、应急能力培训、单位隐患排查、社会消防管理等为主要内容，实施全民免费、无任何商业行为的“全民公益”属性的全员普训和“扫街式”隐患普查，力求提高全民消防意识，降低全社会火灾发生率。我们的宗旨是打造特色全民消防，服务平安和谐社会，做消防培训行业的新东方。
