Its headquarters is located on the 12th floor of Guangzhou Jiayu Center, No. 769 Huacheng Avenue, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. The company has a registered capital of 20 million yuan and holds a national first-class property service enterprise qualification. Its business scope covers property management; real estate intermediary services; real estate consulting services; investment with enterprise's own funds; car rental; landscaping engineering services; enterprise management consulting services; computer technology development and technical services; network technology research and development; software development; information system integration services; information technology consulting services; data processing and storage services; commodity wholesale and retail trade, and many other fields. Since 2000, the company has successively passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system, and GB/T28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certifications.
