广东省铁路建设投资集团有限公司是广东省政府2005年投资设立的省属国有全资有限公司，注册资本100亿元，代表广东省政府对省内铁路进行融资、投资、建设和管理。 集团成立以来，推动武广、厦深、广深港、贵广、南广、赣深等铁路干线出省通道建成通车，主导建成珠三角城际主骨架网。2019年7月省政府批复铁投集团和省基础设施基金公司重组后，铁投集团聚焦全省高速铁路、疏港铁路、城际铁路建设主业，开创全国省方自主投资、自主建设时速350公里高铁先例。 截至2025年2月底，集团合并资产总额3277亿元。集团本部设15个部室，下辖13家全资、控股企业以及25家铁路项目及上下游参股企业。
