Guangzhou Yuehua Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in August 1994, with its headquarters in Guangzhou, China. Its business scope spans multiple cities including Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, and Hubei, and covers government agency properties, office buildings, commercial areas, industrial parks, logistics parks, residential communities, hospitals, libraries, and cultural relic units. Currently, it manages nearly 300 property projects with a total area of nearly 30 million square meters. In 2002, Yuehua Property was approved by the Ministry of Construction as a national first-class property management enterprise and has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and other quality management system certifications. It is a vice president unit of the China Property Management Association, an executive president unit of the Guangdong Provincial Property Management Industry Association, and a vice president unit of the Guangzhou Property Management Industry Association, the Guangzhou Sanitation Industry Association, and the Guangzhou Enterprise Confederation. It is also among the first batch of expert review committee members for the national property management bidding and tendering review committee, and has participated in the drafting and revision of laws, regulations, and measures for the property management industry.
