Tianrun New Energy

Beijing Tianrun New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianrun New Energy") is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing on April 11, 2007, with a registered capital of RMB 5.5 billion.
Tianrun New Energy is mainly engaged in investment, development, construction, operation, and technical services related to clean energy power generation. Adhering to Goldwind's tradition of pragmatism and innovation, and leveraging its efficient project development team, strong investment and financing capabilities, excellent engineering management, and professional wind farm operation and maintenance services, the company has risen rapidly in the wind power industry and quickly become one of China's outstanding wind power development and investment enterprises. It has also developed rapidly in clean energy fields such as hydropower, solar power, and comprehensive coal utilization. As of the end of June 2014, Tianrun New Energy had obtained project approvals totaling 4.43 million kW in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Gansu, Hebei, Shanxi, Northeast, East China, South China, and other provinces and regions, with cumulative grid-connected installed capacity reaching 2.3 million kW, cumulative power generation of 7.2 billion kWh, high-quality resource reserves exceeding 10 million kW, and total assets of RMB 13.17 billion, ranking among mainstream power station investment and operation enterprises in China.

Industry Position
- According to statistics from the Chinese Wind Energy Association, among domestic wind power investment and operation enterprises, Tianrun ranked ninth in newly added installed capacity in 2012 with a market share of 3.7%; it rose to sixth in 2013 with a market share of 5.5%;
- In terms of cumulative installed capacity, it also entered the industry's top ten in 2013, ranking ninth with a 2.9% market share, becoming a mainstream wind power investment and operation enterprise in China.
- In the first four batches of approval plans under the national "12th Five-Year Plan," Tianrun obtained cumulative approved installed capacity of 3.63 million kW, accounting for 3.35% of the total approved plans, ranking eighth in the industry.
