Shenzhen Nanfang Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, was invested and established by Hong Kong Nanfang Holdings Co., Ltd. Its investment fields cover real estate development, electric power construction, industrial park development, private equity funds, financial holding, commercial services, property management and other industries. It has successively established Shenzhen Nanfang Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nanfang Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jiangnan Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nanfang Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Jiangnan Capital Co., Ltd., Nanfang Wealth Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nanfang Commercial Services Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Jindaotian Property Management Co., Ltd., achieving cross-industry and specialized operations.
In 1993, the Group invested in and established Shenzhen Nanfang Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. It is mainly engaged in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects with voltage levels of 220kV and below, has independently completed more than 100 large-scale power transmission and transformation projects from 110kV to 220kV, and has won multiple high-quality project honors; it has successively participated in the construction of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant, Mawan Power Plant, Western Power Plant and Shenzhen's large-scale power grid; and has actively participated in the construction of wind power, hydropower, etc.; in order to expand overseas markets, since 1995 it has participated in the consulting and construction of power projects in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and other Southeast Asian countries and regions. Since 2000, the Group has entered real estate development and property management. In 2003, it solely developed the "Nanfang International Plaza" project, accumulated high-quality self-owned rental properties, and built an excellent commercial service and property management team. Since 2014, the Group has kept pace with the times, seized new opportunities in national and Shenzhen economic and financial reforms, and made progress and breakthroughs in private equity funds and financial holding.
