Founded in 2005, Capital Online is an international cloud computing service provider headquartered in Beijing, with branches in the United States, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and other locations.
The company was listed on the New Third Board in August 2010 and won the New Third Board Influential Company Award in 2015. In July 2020, it successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (ChiNext) with stock code 300846.
CDS Capital Cloud provides integrated cloud-network products and services, including elastic computing, global network, IDC services, data processing, and security. Its business covers multiple industries such as gaming, video, e-commerce, education, finance, big data, healthcare, and traditional government and enterprise sectors. Over 40% of China's Top 100 Internet companies use Capital Cloud's products and services.
