Guangzhou Pearl River Foreign Investment Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pearl River Design") is a well-known state-owned Class A design institution in Guangzhou and the first architectural design company within the general contracting (EPC) chain in China, founded in 1979 at the beginning of reform and opening up. After nearly 40 years of development, relying on Pearl River Industrial Group and based on the principle of "achieving the beauty of blueprints," it has completed more than 1,000 projects covering multiple fields. Our achievements come from the unremitting pursuit of innovative concepts, excellent design, and high-quality services by all "Pearl River Heart Design" people.
Pearl River Design's capabilities in original architectural design, full-building information modeling (BIM) forward design, prefabricated construction, and green energy efficiency are at the forefront, winning numerous awards. With extensive experience collaborating with international design masters, it is the largest domestic design consulting unit in Macau, and its project management services are widely recognized within the industry.
Pearl River Design boasts a concentration of talents and comprehensive disciplines, gathering more than 600 professional and technical personnel, including nearly 100 national registered engineers, multiple professor-level senior engineers, and nearly 200 senior and intermediate engineers, capable of designing and managing large-scale projects with high technical content and complex functional structures.

Awards obtained:
1. Guangzhou Meteorological Monitoring and Warning Center won the 2015 China Architectural Design Award (Architectural Creation) issued by the Architectural Society of China.
2. The public building project in the southern area of Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Zone won the 2016 Architectural Creation Award - Public Building Category Gold Award issued by the Architects Branch of the Architectural Society of China.
3. The meteorological disaster prevention and reduction business technical building in Wengyuan County won the first prize of the 2019 Excellent Survey and Design Award for Excellent (Public) Architectural Design issued by the China Exploration and Design Association.
And more than 500 other national, ministerial, provincial, and municipal excellent design and scientific and technological progress awards.
