It is a subsidiary of Beijing Project Management Branch of China Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd., with independent legal person qualification and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. It is a project management company mainly engaged in project management, engineering supervision, project consulting, cost consulting, equipment supervision/inspection services in the fields of oil and gas field surface construction engineering, long-distance oil and gas pipeline engineering, oil and gas storage engineering, underground gas storage engineering, refining and chemical engineering, LNG engineering, coalbed methane surface construction engineering, construction engineering, municipal engineering, and electric power engineering. The company possesses comprehensive engineering supervision qualifications, Class A equipment supervision qualifications, and engineering cost consulting qualifications, and has passed the certification of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. It is a governing unit of China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Association and the vice president and secretary-general unit of China Association of Engineering Consultants (Oil and Gas Branch).
