State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design & Research Institute Chongqing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SNPDR Chongqing Company") was established in 2006. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., affiliated with State Power Investment Corporation Limited, and is a national high-tech enterprise.
SNPDR Chongqing Company holds Grade A qualifications for electric power consulting, surveying, and design; Grade B qualifications for wind power generation and new energy power generation; and Grade III qualifications for general contracting of construction engineering and electric power engineering construction. It has the capability and excellent track record to provide full-process technical services including planning, consulting, surveying, design, EPC, investment, and operation in three major business sectors: smart grid, new energy, and smart energy. To date, SNPDR Chongqing Company's business coverage extends to more than 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) across China, and it has steadily entered overseas markets such as Kenya, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Nepal, Pakistan, and Peru, having won more than 100 awards from State Grid, China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Association, and others.
Looking to the future, SNPDR Chongqing Company will unswervingly implement the Group's "2035 First-Class Strategy," focus on the three major business sectors of "smart grid, new energy, and comprehensive smart energy," base itself in Sichuan and Chongqing, extend across Southwest China, and look nationwide, gradually building itself into an energy technology enterprise with core competitiveness.
