The Night Manager takes a role in assisting to provide supervision leadership in theFront Office in accordance with the objectives, performance qualitystandards established by the hotel. The Night Manager also responsible fhandling any guest inquiries complaints andemergency situations round the clock ensure guest satisfaction is attainedwith a good balance of the interest of the company.
夜班经理根据酒店制定的目标、绩效和质量标准，协助监督和领导前厅部的工作。夜班经理还负责处理客人的询问、投诉和紧急情况，确保客人满意，同时兼顾酒店的利益。
Duties Supporting Responsibilities
Support, promote a climate of enthusiasm; maintain a
work environment that promotes teamwork, performance, feedback,
recognition, mutual respect colleague commitment fachieving the
goal (CXS) of the department as well as the hotel. Ensures departmental
practices are compliant with company policies legal requirements
Assist to promote upselling programmes in Front Office be
always creative proactive in recommending ways of achieving better
result. Compile monthly upselling report/ analysis
Assume
the role of Night Manager on rotating basis. Liaise closely during the
night with Security, Housekeeping Engineering to be aware of any
situations that are going on in the hotel. Patrol all guest floors, public
area, back of house area, offices restaurants at least once every
night
Handle
any guest’s inquiries complaints, emergency situations, overbook
situation. Ensure guest satisfaction is attained with a good balance of
the interest of the company. Properly record cases daily log, take
appropriate follow up actions in individual guest profile (HMS).
Always share, report consult with Directof Front Office Operations Front Office Manager of any guest complaint/ comment/ recommendation
Coordinate
within Front Office other departments farrangement on VIPs’
arrivals departures
Assist
with daily operations within Front Office, particularly Guest Services
(i.e. check-in, check-out), Guest Relations Concierge, whenever
required busy
Relieve
duty day-off of Guest Relations Manager/ Reception Manager when needed upon request by superior
Always
maintain a good work relationship with other departments
Job Requested
A minimum of 3 years Duty Manager/ Night Manager experience in luxury hotel.
Good knowledge of front desk operations.
Strong desire to deliver excellent guest services with passion to serve.
Ability to multi-task always remain composed.
Computer literacy which is not limited to Excel, Power Point Word.
Fluent in English Mandarin, both spoken written.

连续支持和改进工程方面的服务以对应客人和同事的问题。
愿意通过传授自已的知识技能来培训和指导其它同事，得以发展和改进。
火警警报/生命安全系统：按需要监视系统，彻底了解系统操作，并能在紧急情况下使用。懂得消防喷淋系统及紧急能源系统的工作常识。
节能：观察酒店内外的能源利用情况，寻找节能方法，并将建议反映给工程管理层。
防止事故，保证安全：了解各个部门的工作安全分析，在工作中努力避免事故的发生，也为别人创造安全的工作环境。一贯留心可能危及酒店同事及客人的情况。如有发现，马上采取行动来纠正。

Monitthe
hotel front-of-house operations ensuring sufficient colleague levels proper
work flow at all service areas, conduct flopatrols of front back of
house areas on a regular basis. Handle all emergency situations represent the
hotel management when required. Ensure the night audit function is completed
successfully each evening.
监督酒店对客营运，确保向宾客在服务区域内提供符合标准的同事量和适当的工作流程，定期对酒店前区和后区进行巡逻。处理所有紧急情况并在必要的情况下代表酒店管理层。确保成功完成每晚酒店夜审。
