China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Eighth Engineering Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. It was reorganized from the Chongqing Engineering Command of the Bridge Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, established in 1997, and the Chongqing Branch of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd., established in 2003. In early 2011, it was officially reorganized and established in Chongqing.
