Hunan Xian'en Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in April 2009 with a registered capital of 3 million yuan. It is a private enterprise with national second-class property management qualifications, operating independently and conducting independent accounting. It is a member of the China Property Management Association, a member unit of the Hunan Provincial Property Management Association, and a deputy director unit of the Yueyang Property Professional Committee. The company currently has about 200 employees, including 40 management backbone personnel and professional technicians with junior and intermediate titles.

In November 2009, Jincheng Jiayuan was awarded the honorary title of municipal "Excellent Demonstration" residential community by the Yueyang Real Estate Bureau; in 2010, the family compound of the Yueyanglou District Public Security Sub-bureau was rated as an "Excellent Property Management Project" by the Yueyang Real Estate Bureau, and Jincheng Jiayuan was rated as an "Excellent Property Management Project" by Hunan Province; in 2011, the Yueyanglou District Education Bureau community was rated as a "Municipal Excellent Community" by the Yueyang Real Estate Bureau, and the company won the honorary title of "2011 Yueyang Property Management Advanced Unit."
