Hunan Xiangyong Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, located on the beautiful banks of the Xiangjiang River. The company has a registered capital of 31.08 million yuan and is capable of undertaking power transmission and transformation line projects (including cable engineering) of 110 kV and below, housing construction projects, hydropower projects, and electric power engineering survey and design services.
In November 2013, the company obtained the Grade III qualification for professional contracting of power transmission and transformation from the Construction Department; in May 2014, it obtained the Safety Production License; in October 2014, it applied for and obtained the Grade III license for installation, Grade III license for repair, and Grade IV license for testing of electric power facilities issued by the Hunan Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration; in November 2014, it passed the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications.
The company currently has more than 100 employees, including 1 First-Class Constructor, 10 Second-Class Mechanical and Electrical Constructors, 20 Engineers, more than 30 Senior Technicians, and more than 40 Special Operation Personnel. It has over 100 pieces of construction machinery and testing equipment.
