CCCC Railway (Wuhan) Construction Technology Co., Ltd. is a controlling subsidiary of CCCC Railway Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (a second-tier subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company Limited). It was jointly funded and established by CCCC Railway Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. together with China Highway Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., in line with the corporate vision of building a "world-class railway design and consulting company at home and abroad" and according to CCCC's strategic concept of "centralized and unified development of railway design and coordinated common development of rail transit design."
The company integrates railway and rail design resources within the CCCC system. Its business scope covers survey and design, planning and consulting for railways, rail transit, bridges, tunnels, highways, municipal engineering, and traffic engineering, as well as construction project investment and financing, management, and general contracting.
