Nanling Technology is among the first batch of value-added telecommunications operators in China to obtain the national "Cross-Regional Internet Virtual Private Network Business Operation License" issued by the state. The company now operates an advanced self-built MPLS VPN backbone network, with over 60 network nodes deployed in nearly 50 cities nationwide, capable of providing VPN private network services based on leased lines, the Internet, 3G/4G, and other line types. Additionally, leveraging its ISP Internet backbone (AS9809), the company has built a robust multi-operator interconnected BGP network and is steadily advancing SD-WAN operational network construction nationwide, offering customers diversified enterprise private network services. Nanling Technology has established a modern network operations center in Shenzhen, providing round-the-clock, 24/7/365 monitoring, management, and maintenance of the network environment, rapidly resolving network faults, and enhancing the stability and predictability of network services.

Nanling Technology has obtained ISO20000 Information Technology Service Management System certification, establishing a standardized service management system, with a 400 hotline customer service team and a dedicated large-account service team. We are able to deliver high-quality private network services backed by service level agreement (SLA) commitments, reducing IT risks and improving the efficiency of digital transformation.
