Under Heiha Cat's "zero-distance fitness public welfare model," gyms are funded by the government or work units, with venues provided free of charge by residential communities or work units, and the company responsible for design, construction, and subsequent 8 years of operation and maintenance. Users can exercise unlimited times for only 25 yuan/month. The company operates with an internet platform mindset, achieving expected returns through traffic monetization and laying the foundation for smart fitness R&D through data accumulation.
