China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Company Limited was established in 2004 and is an industrial park operation group listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. China Electronics Optics Valley Union has invested in and operates over 40 theme industrial parks in 30 cities across China, with an operating area of 22 million square meters, serving more than 7,200 enterprises and various technological innovation institutions, including over 50 Fortune Global 500 enterprises and over 170 listed companies, with over 400,000 people employed in the parks.
Changsha Zhongdian Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. was established in November 2017 with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Electronics Optics Valley Union in Hunan and fully undertakes the comprehensive strategic cooperation between China Electronics Corporation (CEC) and Hunan Province and Changsha City, actively participating in the construction and development of a modernized Changsha.
Since the commencement of construction in May 2018, under the care and guidance of leaders at all levels of Hunan Province, Changsha City, and the High-tech Zone, the company has actively integrated resources and has cumulatively started construction on an area of 330,000 square meters, with 202,000 square meters topped out, and a cumulative investment of RMB 1.3 billion. In 2019, 78,000 square meters was delivered and put into production. More than 80 technology enterprises have been introduced, including 8 listed companies, covering fields such as information security, mobile internet, and software development, initially forming an industrial cluster.
