CITIC Construction is a leading enterprise in the new urban development sector of CITIC Group, a central state-owned enterprise at the ministerial level. Unlike traditional construction companies, its business extends beyond general contracting to full-lifecycle integrated services, from preliminary project development and investment financing to post-construction operation. In recent years, it has entered new tracks such as environmental governance and agricultural development, gaining significant competitive advantages, and is committed to becoming a comprehensive engineering service provider. Domestically, we are the 'builder of the Double Olympics', having constructed the 'Bird's Nest' main stadium for the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 'Chongli Taizicheng Ice and Snow Town' project for the core area of the 2022 Winter Olympics, which was highly praised by national leaders. In recent years, following the national regional development strategy and leveraging CITIC Group's strong financial background, we have undertaken multiple landmark government-enterprise cooperation projects in new first-tier cities such as Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan, Jinan, and Dalian. Overseas, we actively implement national strategies as a vanguard of the 'Belt and Road' initiative, deeply engaging in overseas engineering contracting for many years, with projects spanning the globe and forming deep cooperation with local governments. In Angola, we constructed the Angola Social Housing Project, hailed by General Secretary Xi as 'Angola's Nanniwan'; in Belarus, we are the largest Chinese enterprise, successfully implementing major projects such as building materials, biotechnology, and passenger vehicle manufacturing over the past fifteen years, highly appreciated by President Lukashenko; in Maysan Province, Iraq, we built a combined-cycle power plant project; in Saudi Arabia, we signed a cooperation agreement for a 20,000-unit social housing project in Riyadh, supporting the Saudi government's 'Vision 2030' plan.
