Guangzhou Fara Mold Design Co., Ltd. is committed to providing professional mold design and related professional technical solutions for global extrusion mold manufacturers. Guangzhou Fara is a branch established in China by PHOENIX NEDERLAND B.V., a leading European manufacturer of aluminum extrusion molds, with its group headquarters in Italy. The PHOENIX Group is a leading enterprise in the European aluminum profile industry, with branches across the European continent and 7 factories in the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Dubai, and the United States. The PHOENIX Group mainly designs, creates, produces, and sells various molds, tools, and services for the aluminum profile industry. Its main businesses include:
1. Transportation: Molds for main body-shaped parts and structural parts of high-speed train carriages.
2. Construction: Molds for extruding profiles used in residential and commercial buildings, such as exterior walls of skyscrapers.
3. Automotive: Molds for aluminum profiles in bumpers, shock absorbers, anti-intrusion bars, engine brackets, etc.
4. Aviation: Molds for tough alloy main body-shaped parts and structural parts of aircraft wings.

II. Compensation and Benefits
1. Salary: 3,000-6,000 RMB/month + performance bonus.
2. Working hours: 40 hours per week. Overtime will be compensated at 1.5-3 times the regular rate as per national regulations.
3. Insurance: The company purchases five insurances and one housing fund (pension, unemployment, work-related injury, medical, maternity insurance, and housing provident fund) for all employees; additional commercial insurance is provided for outstanding employees, covering outpatient and hospitalization expenses for illness and accidental medical care.
4. Holidays: Employees enjoy paid annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, bereavement leave, etc.
5. Activities: Festival benefits, annual tourism, annual health check-ups, etc.
6. The company has a comprehensive training mechanism, with training periods ranging from 3 to 6 months.
