这几年在团队合作努力下，以质量、技术、创新与服务为导向建立不少成功案例并赢得客户青睐。在socket 领域上我们有*新POP(Package on Package)产品提供手机芯片测试，并提供各式类型socket pin 供客户选择以达到***测试效果。也积极开发各式Handler的change kit与生产工具来满足量产需求，在客户成本考虑上提供各式ATE测试机台电路板维修来降低生产成本。另外也开发出不少PCB测试板(load board, probe card, burn-in board 等)以满足工程与量产需求，进而达到完整测试解决方案(Total Solution)。
