Guangzhou Intelligent Equipment Industry Group (formed by the joint restructuring of Guangzhou Electrical Equipment Group and Guangri Group) is a wholly state-owned enterprise invested, supervised, and managed by the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality (referred to as "Guangzhi Group"). In 2019, its total assets were 45 billion yuan, achieving an industrial output value of 52 billion yuan and total operating revenue of 51 billion yuan. It has 4 listed companies, 20 high-tech enterprises, 47 R&D institutions at or above the municipal level, and 2 national CNAS-accredited laboratories.
The Group focuses on intelligent manufacturing and smart city fields, providing clients with digital, networked, and intelligent high-end equipment and system solutions.
