Anhui Provincial Urban Construction Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute"), founded in 1952, is a national high-tech enterprise integrating survey, planning, design, technical consulting, and scientific research and development. The business scope of the Institute and its subsidiaries basically covers all fields and the entire process of engineering construction, forming a diversified business pattern led by engineering design and covering geotechnical engineering survey and construction, mainly including four major business segments: engineering design consulting, geotechnical engineering investigation and surveying, engineering testing and monitoring, and EPC general contracting (including construction). The engineering design consulting business mainly covers municipal engineering, environmental engineering, architectural engineering, landscape architecture engineering, water conservancy and ecological governance engineering, tourist attractions and urban space design, whole-process engineering consulting, PPP consulting and project management, and construction drawing review. The geotechnical engineering investigation and surveying business mainly covers geotechnical engineering investigation, underground space design, and engineering surveying and mapping. The engineering testing and monitoring business mainly covers engineering quality testing and urban operation and maintenance monitoring. The EPC general contracting (including construction) business mainly includes general contracting in municipal, environmental, architectural, cultural tourism, and landscape fields, as well as construction of foundation and landscape engineering. It possesses more than 20 Grade A qualifications including municipal industry, construction industry, landscape architecture, urban and rural planning compilation, environmental engineering design special, comprehensive engineering survey, engineering surveying, real estate surveying, construction engineering consulting, municipal engineering consulting, foundation and foundation engineering contracting, engineering testing, and construction drawing review, as well as nearly 30 Grade B qualifications in power industry, water conservancy industry, and civil air defense engineering. Since the 1980s, more than 200 completed projects have won provincial and ministerial excellent survey and design awards, of which more than 30 have won National Quality Engineering Awards and National Excellent Survey and Design Awards. The Institute currently has more than 2,000 employees, including a group of well-known industry experts such as national model workers in housing and urban-rural construction, provincial academic and technical leaders, provincial innovative talent, provincial engineering survey and design masters, provincial young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions to the construction system, and provincial 538 talents. It has 11 professional institutes and 12 functional departments, 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 4 independent scientific research platforms, and 2 professional technology research centers.
