China Aviation Supplies Group Co., Ltd.

China Aviation Supplies Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CAS") is a central enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is a professional company specialized in aircraft procurement and aviation supplies support services. The company's predecessor was China Aviation Supplies Corporation, established in October 1980 upon approval by the National Import and Export Management Commission, and was the first company established in China's civil aviation system. In March 1996, it was renamed China Aviation Supplies Import and Export Corporation. In October 2002, the civil aviation transportation and service support enterprises underwent joint restructuring, establishing three aviation transportation group companies and three aviation service support group companies. As one of the three aviation service support group companies, China Aviation Supplies Import and Export Group Corporation was formally established upon approval by the State Council. In December 2007, it was renamed China Aviation Supplies Group Corporation. In 2017, the company completed its corporate system reform, established a board of directors management system under the modern enterprise system, and was renamed China Aviation Supplies Group Co., Ltd.
