Shenzhen Exchange Group Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Public Resource Exchange Center) (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Exchange") is a wholly state-owned municipal enterprise established by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, and Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of public resource exchange. It was officially unveiled on November 20, 2020. Shenzhen Exchange has 28 branches and subsidiaries, including four trading venues: Shenzhen United Property and Equity Exchange, Shenzhen Green Exchange, Shenzhen Data Exchange, and Shenzhen Qianhai Equity Exchange Center. Shenzhen Exchange has completed the city's public resource exchange reform task with high quality. It is the country's first unified public resource exchange platform covering both municipal and district levels and operating in a market-oriented manner. It has been rated as a "Shenzhen Headquarters Enterprise", a National High-tech Enterprise, and a benchmark-level "Double Hundred Enterprise" in national state-owned enterprise reform. It has been approved as the first enterprise group digital archives (room) in the field of public resource exchange and was selected as one of the first batch of cases in the United Nations Global Compact's "Belt and Road" ESG compliance report.
Shenzhen Exchange's main business is the exchange of various factors including public resources and derivative services, including government procurement, bidding and tendering for engineering construction projects, transfer of land use rights and mining rights, state-owned asset transactions, procurement services and comprehensive consulting, carbon emission rights trading, data trading, marine resource trading, state-owned enterprise procurement, medical consumables trading, and other businesses. The scale of various factor transactions of Shenzhen Exchange has exceeded 2 trillion yuan per year for two consecutive years. Since its establishment, the Group has generated cumulative revenue increases and cost savings of over 470 billion yuan for various market entities.
