"Guangdong Vocational College of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce is a regular institution of higher learning sponsored by the provincial government. Its predecessor was Guangdong Agricultural Management Cadre College, known as the 'Cradle of Agricultural Science and Technology and Management Cadres in Guangdong', established in 1985. The college currently has three campuses: Qingyuan Campus, Baiyun Campus, and Tianhe Campus, covering fields such as agriculture, engineering, economics, management, and liberal arts.
The college is a high-quality talent cultivation institution for rural revitalization designated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Education, a demonstrative higher vocational college in Guangdong Province, and a demonstrative school for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education in Guangdong Province.
