Shenzhen China Overseas Century Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (CHC) is a comprehensive architectural design company. CHC is headquartered in Shenzhen, China's "Design Capital," located in Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Park, Futian District, Shenzhen.
The CHC design team was initially established in 1999 and has grown continuously along with the development of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. After years of hard work and market integration, it has developed from an architectural design studio with only a dozen people to a large-scale architectural design company with more than 300 employees, and has now become a leading large private Grade-A design institute in Shenzhen.
The company has obtained the National Grade-A Comprehensive Design Qualification for the Building Construction Industry (Certificate No.: A144021319) and the Grade-B Qualification for Urban and Rural Planning Formulation ([Yue] Cheng Gui Bian No. (112004)), and has passed international quality system certification.
