Sourcing Specialist-Metal & Plastics

This role base in Guangzhou, will be responsible fmanaging the strategic buy of Metal & Plastics commodity-diecasting, extruded, hardware, glass,injection etc business in Asia fsupplier delivery, total cost, relationship, strategy of suppliers, support the execution of commodity strategy, manage supplier performance, drive improvements in cost, quality delivery, develop drive the execution of MCTO cost out strategy fproducts by supplier, sourcing synergies. This role will own the Asia supplier risk management facilitating managing risk, will closely work with PPM team, Engineering team, Supplier Quality (SQE) team Material Planner to support sourcing decisions ensure continuitiy of supply new product introductions (NPI).


Work with Global Commodity Leader (GCL) on strategies fassigned commodities in Asia proactively take actions to meet cost, quality, availability objectives.
Disclose drive opportunities from material/market/productivity etc with supply base to deliver "stretch" cost take out goals Identify qualify new supplier throughout Asia.
Assess supplier capabilities make recommendations on supplier acceptability.
Handle project quoting process bidding process with Asia supply base -supplier identification, screening, training, total cost analysis
Implement sourcing standards including process & execution, EHS, synergies resources rationalization fcost out.

BS/MS degree in Technical/Engineering/Management, majin mechanical /engineer/chemical/tools is a plus.
At least 3 years+ sourcing supply chain management experience.
Ability to conduct supplier capacity analysis assessment.
With business sense negotiation skill, demonstrate proficiency in supplier identification development.
Strong supplier management skill, ability to negotiate manage supplier using good sourcing tools processes.
Good team player quick learner.
Self-starter result-oriented, have passion "Can-Do-Attitude"
Excellent communication skills good commof English in both written &al.
Willing to travel South East Asia fsuppliers visit/audit/develop.

Principal responsibilities
- Design build agentic AI solutions (multi-step reasoning, tool-use,chestration, memory, guardrails) that reliably execute business workflows.
- Develop production-grade Python services pipelines that integrate LLMs with internal systems, APIs, data assets, controls.
- Implement tool/function calling, retrieval (RAG), evaluation harnesses, prompt/agent optimisation to improve accuracy reduce risk.
- Partner with domain stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, define success metrics, deliver solutions that demonstrably improve outcomes.
- Apply financial-services discipline: security-by-design, data minimisation, auditability, model risk considerations, operational resilience.
- Use coding assistants effectively (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenCode similar) to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Contribute reusable components (agent templates, tool registries, eval suites, reference architectures) to scale delivery across teams.
- Support deployment operations: CI/CD, observability, model/agent telemetry, incident response, iterative enhancement.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience building shipping agentic AI solutions (not just experimentation), including at least one successful delivery of an AI solution a real user workflow.
- Strong Python engineering skills (API development, data processing, testing, packaging) comfort building maintainable, reviewed code.
- Practical experience with modern LLM frameworks/patterns (e.g., tool calling, RAG, planning/execution loops, routing, evals), knowing when not to use agents.
- Solid understanding of financial-services context constraints (risk/compliance mindset, privacy, security, auditability, regulatory awareness).
- Experience integrating AI enterprise systems (REST APIs, data stores, event-driven patterns, authentication/authorisation).
- Ability to work end-to-end: requirements → design → build → test → deploy → measure impact.
- Strong communication skills—able to translate business problems technical approaches explain trade-offs clearly.

我们正从 0 到 1 筹建一支「机器人数采 + 数据 ego 技术 + 数据产品」一体化的具身智能数据团队。现招聘机器人 CTO，作为公司技术一号位，负责整体技术战略、技术团队搭建与技术闭环——让高质量数据从采集、加工到产品、模型验证形成自驱闭环。
二、主要职责
1.制定公司整体技术战略与 roadmap，覆盖机器人数采、数据 ego 技术、数据产品与算法模型全链路。
2.从 0 到 1 搭建并领导技术团队，组建二级负责人梯队（数据采集、数据技术、数据工程、数据产品、算法 / 模型）。
3.定义数据 ego（人称 / 自身视角）技术方向，主导多模态感知、仿真合成、自动标注与数据有效性评测的能力建设。
4.主导机器人本体与数采技术选型及架构，覆盖遥操作、动作捕捉、传感器标定与采集系统。
5.建立采集 → 加工 → 产品 → 训练验证的数据闭环，用模型效果反哺数据生产决策。
6.建立数据规格、质量标准与技术评测基准，统一跨团队的数据定义。
7.协同融资与业务，支撑技术叙事与关键人才引入。
三、任职要求
1、10 年以上机器人、具身智能、自动驾驶或相关领域经验，担任过 CTO、技术 VP、核心技术负责人角色。
2、有从 0 到 1 搭建技术团队并带过规模化研发组织的经历。
3、深入理解机器人本体、数据采集与多模态 /具身智能技术，能贯通硬件—数据—模型全链路。
4、具备技术战略制定与跨团队技术治理的能力。
加分项：
1、在具身智能、机器人学习、多模态或仿真方向有代表性研究或产品成果。
2、有创业公司早期技术一号位经验，或在大厂主导过从研究到落地的完整项目。
3、在 egocentric（人称视角）数据集、仿真合成数据或 VLA（视觉—语言—动作）模型方向有实际建树。
