About the Role
We are looking fa Textile Development Engineer to join our Fabrics R&D Team in Shenzhen FTZ
plant who will work with global cross functional team Asia Pacific textile manufacturers to drive
new textile laminate fabric development from concept through commercialization.
This role will be located at our facility in Shenzhen, China.
Responsibilities
· Partner with textile vendors, global local product development teams to develop high performance
· textiles.
· Explore textile innovation from existing supply chain textile industry to drive innovative textile
· development.
· Understexisting vendors’ capability identify the right partner ftextile feasibility study, develop
· prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues, establish align textile specifications.
· Identify unique textile innovation patent opportunities to support the enterprise IP processes.
· Work with cross functional teams to develop validate internal lamination processes, assess final
· laminate performance, establish specifications.
· Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute document the work.
Required Qualifications
· Bacheladvanced degree, majin textile related areas fields with minimal 5 years solid work
· experience on new textile development synthetic fibers (recycled & virgin nylon, polyester,
· sustainable textiles etc).
· In–depth knowledge of fiber & yarn, weaving & knitting, dyeing & finishing, inspection.
· Self-motivated self-directed, comfortable working in a rapid paced environment.
· Excellent communication in both English Mandarin (Written Verbal).
· Good project management skills including ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, multi-task,
· prioritize deliver result.
· Able to identify technical uncertainties, propose resolving hypothesis build plans to verify.
· Ability to travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
· Experience in coordinating multiple vendors developing strong relationship with them
· Experience in Statistical tools, example of DoE, validation etc

2.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标
- Development work based on Embedded technology, be able to independently handle solve the tasks in charge.
- According to the development progress task allocation, complete the corresponding module software design, development, programming tasks.
- Work closely with hardware test engineers to continuously improve optimize embedded software code functionality.
- Collaborating closely with the relative departments to develop the right direction fit with the demand.
- Be able to participate in the core development work, fthe product requirements to be able to technical landing to carry out research development work.
- Responsible fthe Embedded software overall program design.
- Drive build up the knowledge competence of Embedded development
- Responsible fembedded Linux system hardware codes programming.
- Responsible fthe trouble shooting from technical side fthe Embedded software, prepare the root cause analysis report define reliable preventive actions.
- Creating updates to technical documentation.

- At least 2 years Embedded development experience
- Proficient in Keil VScode
- Skilled in the use of test tools to analysis code
- Programming development skills in C/C++
- Ability to develop microcontrollers in Keil VScode software
- Basic theoretical knowledge of analogue digital electricity, power electronics, circuit analysis automatic control principles.
- Familiar with RS485, RS232, USART, IIC, SPI, CAN other communication interfaces
- Familiar with protocols such as Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, Ethernet TCP UDP
- Familiar with FreeRTOS operating system, Fatfs SD cards, Linux systems, etc
- With strong execution ability sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills team spirit
- Be good at English in special knowledge communication skills

Job Title:SeniBusiness Development Manager - Germany (Focus on Vape Industry)
Location: Germany (Remote）

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced SeniBD Manager to manage develop our relationships with channel partners in Germany. You will be responsible fdriving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
1 . Partner Relationship & Sales Target Management: Communicate with overseas channel partners to establish maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships, achieving defined sales targets.
2 . Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Monitoverseas channel market dynamics, conduct market analysis research, formulate sales plans strategies, ensure the realization of sales performance.
3 . Team Collaboration & Market Development: Participate in the building maintenance of the channel sales team. Assist team members in developing overseas markets expanding business to collectively achieve sales targets.
4 . Partner Support & Solution Provision: Track product service requirements of channel partners, provide timely solutions, promote product sales.
5 . Sales Monitoring & Market Intelligence: Monitanalyze the channel sales process. Collect competitinformation, identify sales opportunities, provide feedback on market changes customer needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1 . Education & Experience: Bachelors degree higher, preferably in a field related to the electronic cigarette/vape industry.
Essential: Proven experience in German electronic cigarette/vape channel sales. Highly Preferred: Established resources/relationships within key German channels (e.g., supermarkets, tobacco shops, e-commerce, MD - Membership Discounters/Wholesale Clubs).
2 . Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, strong consulting skills. Ability to build maintain effective communication cooperative relationships with channel partners.
3 . Sales Expertise: Familiarity with sales processes techniques, including negotiation, relationship building, business development. Demonstrated track record of strong sales performance customer service capabilities.
4 . Language Proficiency: Mandatory: Fluency in both English German (written spoken)
5 . Personal Attributes: Strong team collaboration spirit sense of responsibility. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced commercial environment.
