零售管理岗位职责

Responsibilities：
1.Conduct regular store wholesale visits to gather market insights on our products competitors, while building maintaining strong relationships with retailers wholesalers as the brrepresentative.
2.Execute in-store wholesale activation, including promotions, events such as festivals sponsored event - EDC music festival.
3.Support brbuilding at the point of sale by ensuring proper placement of branding materials consistent in-store brpresentation.
4.Watch the price at store wholesaler to ensure healthy brgrowth.
Requirements：
1.21+ years old with a valid U.S. drivers license personal vehicle.
2.Proven field sales/retail experience (vape FMCG preferred).
3.Knowledge of the vape industry, especially disposables, pod systems, box mods.
4.Bachelor’s degree required(equivalent work experience);
5.Strong communication, interpersonal, listening skills, energetic.
6.Willingness to travel frequently grow a career in the vape industry.
7.Candidates based in the U.S.(Chicago，Dallas); Chinese candidates, international students, U.S. visa holders are encouraged to apply.

2.Based in Athens, Greece, with a valid Greek drivers license access to a personal vehicle fdaily travel.
3.Proven experience in field sales, retail execution, merchandising, preferably within the FMCG, vaping, tobacco sector.
4.Strong understanding of the Greek retail landscape, particularly the vaping/tobacco channel consumer behavior.
5.Excellent verbal written communication skills ｉｎ both Greek English are essential.
6.Self-motivated, disciplined, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
7.Strong interpersonal skills, with the credibility to engage effectively with store owners consumers.
8.Practical, problem-solving attitude adaptability to a dynamic field-based role.
9.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region grow a career in the vape industry
10.High school diploma required; further education is a plus.
11.Being a vaper/smoker is considered an advantage fproduct credibility.

岗位职责：
1、经营管理
制定省区年度 / 季度 / 月度目标（销量、毛利、费用、利润、坪效、人效），对区域整体经营结果全权负责。管控区域成本、库存周转、费用率，提升单店盈利能力，优化亏损门店。
2、团队与组织搭建
搭建省区管理架构：城市负责人、督导、店长梯队建设，负责招聘、培养、考核、淘汰与激励。建立区域标准化运营体系，统一服务、销售、体验、售后流程。
3、渠道与门店拓展
负责全省门店布局、选址、开店、整改与关停优化。拓展商圈、商场、运营商厅店等合作渠道，提升区域覆盖率与竞争力。
4、核心业务落地
搭建省区数码3C连锁零售体系。深化运营商（移动 / 联通 / 电信）合作，落地合约、分期、号卡、融合业务，提升综合毛利。
5、品牌与竞争管理
对接3C数码品牌区域资源，争取政策、货源、促销支持。应对区域竞品价格战与活动，制定差异化竞争策略，提高市占率。
6、行业经验
我们做的是全国做手机3C数码交付一体零售连锁店，具备线下手机、数码、电脑、交付一体管理经验优先。
任职资格：
1、工作经历：3年以上团队管理经验；
2、行业经验：5年以上3C数码连锁零售经验（有以旧换新 、 回收体系等经验或履历有加分）；
3、目标感强，结果导向，敢于担责，认同经营者文化。
